		<description><![CDATA[Very nice! You see a lot of recipes now (paleo ones, mostly) with cauliflower &#039;rice,&#039; and it makes sense that cauliflower could also substitute for pasta. I like how you got over some of the foods you thought you didn&#039;t like, even as an adult. I&#039;ve seen that my own kids have kept gradually expanding their palettes even into the teenage and adult years. I think it helps to never make a big deal over what they do or don&#039;t eat.]]></description>

If you want the cruncy yummy parts, try taking it out of the slow cooker a bit earlier, cube it up and spread it out on a cookie sheet and broil for a few mins.
